Too bad SimpliSafe doesn’t recommend this right off the bat! I wasted money on a conventional doorbell that didn’t work! Thank God for Ohmkat!

Doorbell chime and extension works great with SimpliSafe doorbell. This allows doorbell chimes to be heard in two different areas of my house. Very simple to install with zero glitches. Highly recommend.

Make sure you let customers know that the new chime, transmitter and receiver are not compatible with the boulder, chime, transmitter and receiver. In case this is an ad on, as in my case.

I have had a Simplisafe security system for years and it works very well. But their doorbell chime rings through the main hub, which in my home, is not located in an optimal area. In fact I used a Ring doorbell and remote chime for a few years. I decided to try the OhmKat chime. The Simplisafe doorbell and OhmKat chime synced immediately. So seamless was the install that I’m surprised Simplisafe does not get OhmKat to supply their chimes under a private label agreement.

Great solution but needs some short tones as alternatives to those songs.

Super helpful company, answered all queries rapidly and we're very accommodating with all my questions.
The products are also working well - using the chimes rather than relying on nest speakers to get notifications of someone using the doorbell means there are no delays anymore.

I had trouble with multiple simplysafe video doorbells,.
ohmkat had their engineer contact me and he was able to recommend how to configure, what product to use and called back to make sure everything was OK.

Okay calling all women!!!! You can do this! I even had to drill a hole through rock (main door entrance is covered with pretty rock/stone) to feed the line from my SimpliSafe doorbell to my interior outlet. Purchased some cord placements pins to feed line along molding along down the side of door and along the floor to outlet. But hey I love challenges and it sure was less $ than an electrician - and the chime works perfectly along the hallway outlet and does not stick out awkwardly from the outlet! Have a pleasant variety of sounds and volume! You will not be disappointed! OH and the directions included are SPOT ON! I will refer anyone to their products!
